About HerbalPlus

A subsidiary of the Gbogbonìse Company Limited

Gbogbonìse is a Yoruba word that means ‘that which does it all’. The reality of the usefulness of herbs and the requirement for urgent interface with practitioners has made this project a necessity. This project will first identify and label existing herbs in Nigeria. It will then reveal their uses, identify endangered species and grow them in a special garden.

Finally, it will provide basic principles of practice through training by traditional practitioners. This will reinforce the chain of Primary health care and the use of efficacious herbal medicine in Nigeria. This will make effective healthcare at the primary level, readily available and affordable.

We have chosen the name Gbogbonìse based on the following reasons;

  • To correct the wrong impression that many may have because of the corrupted meaning that Gbogbonìse has acquired overtime.
  • To connote tradition and reflect its origin
  • To re-establish its original meaning by making available Preventives in both knowledge and material forms.

Treatment of Corona Virus Symptoms

Our research have shown that alternative therapy has been useful in the treatment of COVID-19 symptoms already. The COVID-19 has been described as new and no cure known. So far, no cure and people are recovering, how is this possible? What healthcare providers are doing is to use existing medicine to treat symptoms; patients are treated according to the symptoms that they present, this is done with the hope that the body will respond and fight the virus. When this happens, patients recover and virus disappears.

Some of the symptoms that our reseach have shown to have been treated using alternative therapies are;

  • Coughing & Sneezing
  • Strong Headache
  • Sore Throat
  • Shortness Of Breath
  • Fever
  • Body Pain

Special awareness on the Virus Spread

Air Transmission

Studies have shown that the virus can also be carried in the air after an infected person coughs or spills droplets intot the air. The virus can be carried through this means and rests on the nearest possible surface.
